Now Hiring – Bid Coordinator (Melb)
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bid Coordinator.
This is a full-time role based in our Melbourne CBD studio, working with offices around the country.
You will join a highly motivated group of people to help win work by creating bids, submissions, and presentations. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end bids/submissions process.
We are seeking someone with strong communication and organisational skills to support the Communications Manager and a group of senior leaders to deliver high-quality, compelling submissions.
Ideally you have a knowledge of architecture or the built environment and experience in preparing bids or grant applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end bids/submissions process, from bid formation to final submission
- Engage key stakeholders to gather input for business submissions and ensure timely delivery
- Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and consistency prior to submission
- Track bid notifications and follow up on outcomes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of templates and bid material and collateral
Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Experience in coordinating bids and tenders in architecture, other built environment or professional services industries
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite desirable)
