Now Hiring: Project Architect – Gold Coast

ARM is an internationally renowned practice at the forefront of architecture, urban, and interior design, boasting studios across Australia. Known for our innovative approach, creativity, and the unique ability to produce striking and memorable designs regardless of budget constraints, we seek to expand our Queensland team. We’re inviting an experienced architect to join our Gold Coast studio on a full-time basis to support the growth in our portfolio of cultural and other projects.

About You:

  • You bring 5-8 years of experience and are a registered architect.
  • You have the ability to run projects from feasibility through to delivery and have a strong focus on the realisation of high-quality design.
  • You bring experience working on large-scale public, educational, or commercial projects.
  • You have the ability to apply strong technical skills in a design-focused environment.
  • You have strong communication skills, are well-spoken, can present confidently, and have competency in writing reports and correspondence.
  • You bring the ability to work collaboratively in a team with colleagues, clients, and subconsultants.
  • Your presentation skills are exemplary, with proficiency in preparing design concept presentations to a high standard.
  • You’re adept in Rhino and Revit and highly competent in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
  • You have citizenship, permanent residency, or permanent visa status with no sponsorship requirements or encumbrances.

Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the leadership of a range of projects, working closely with and supporting the Queensland Studio Leader and working with members of the ARM team in other states to resolve and deliver projects throughout the various project stages from feasibility to delivery.
