Parklands is complete!
The Queensland Government has now handed Parklands over to GOLDOC, who will lease it for its first life as the 2018 Commonwealth Games athletes’ village.

After the Games, Parklands will be the Gold Coast’s biggest ever urban renewal project, with 1250 homes, green space, and a 5,840m2 retail precinct and village heart. ARM, Arkhefield and Archipelago masterplanned the site thendesigned and delivered the six residential lots.
The Disc is a spectacular water feature that defines the Parklands village heart.
