Viv’s Place by ARM opens door to a rethink of social housing.

This project is part of an innovative $30M build-to-rent social housing program in Melbourne.

Designed for homelessness organisation Launch Housing, and the first of its kind in Australia, Viv’s Place will provide permanent housing and on-site support services for 60 women and 130 children.
