Frame at Melbourne Central

At 300 Lonsdale, business and leisure come together in a dynamic space designed for collaboration and fresh ideas.

300 Lonsdale Street, also known as The Frame, is ARM’s latest work at Melbourne Central. The project proposes a 10-storey PCA Grade A commercial tower built above the existing retail hub on Lonsdale Street. Spanning 20,000 sqm of lettable area, it’s designed for more than just its tenants—the rooftop green spaces are open to the public, complementing two new levels of retail, entertainment, and dining.

Setting a new sustainability benchmark, the tower targets a 5-Star NABERS Energy rating, a 6-Star Green Star rating, and WELL Platinum Standard. The design incorporates timber construction, a large side core, and highly flexible floor plates of approximately 1,954 sqm. Multiple entry points from Lonsdale Street, Drewery Place, and Melbourne Central enhance accessibility.

At the skylobby level, an outdoor rooftop blends workplace and social space, offering areas for eating, drinking, and connecting. With outdoor meeting pods, wireless connectivity, and group meeting zones, it reimagines the workplace as a vibrant, collaborative environment.
