We look forward to the official opening of the Bellfield Social Housing Project on Thursday 23 November. Designed for Launch Housing, the project is supported by the Victorian Government and Banyule City Council. Featuring 58 dwellings with generous communal spaces and sustainable design, it offers secure housing for people on the priority access list of the Victorian Housing Register.

Like ARM’s Viv’s Place project, also delivered for Launch Housing, the project contains dual-key apartments, community gardens and ground floor communal spaces, including a communal kitchen, lounge and dining area, office and consult spaces, secure bike store and an outdoor BBQ area.

The project is located on public land leased from the City of Banyule for 50 years. Sitting adjacent to the new Bellfield Community Hub and community garden, the development will form part of Banyule City Council’s broader precinct activation.

The project meets Homes Victoria’s design requirements as well the Apartment Design Guidelines and the silver standard in the Liveable Housing Design Guidelines.

Further information and photography will be published on our website soon.
